Wine Department Manager

As a Wine Department Manager at Restaurant Depot, you will be responsible for overseeing the Wine & Spirits department in the branch. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow state laws regarding the wholesale selling of alcohol and ensure compliance with Restaurant Depot's policies.
• Ensure the department is ready for business, including receiving product, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and well-merchandised environment.
• Build and maintain floor displays to highlight wine and spirits products and ensure accurate price tags are posted for each item.
• Work with other branch personnel to attract new customers to the department and provide helpful customer service.
• Communicate inventory needs and customer requests to the buyer and maintain a strong working relationship with the team.
Requirements:
• Basic Outlook and Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to lift and stock shelves, with a physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Rate: $19.00-$20.00 an hour
