Position Overview:

We are seeking an RN Practitioner who embodies purpose and unique talents. Your role will be pivotal in a supportive team environment, equipped with resources to help you thrive and leaders who prioritize your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of rapid patient assessments and collaborate with medical partners to ensure safe diagnostic testing and optimal care plans.
  • Execute advanced practice procedures effectively.
  • Apply the nursing process to enhance and restore the health and well-being of patients.
  • Demonstrate personal accountability for the organization's mission and core values.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or advanced practice environment is preferred.
  • Specialized nursing skills and knowledge relevant to the field.
  • A Master's Degree in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program is required.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is mandatory.
  • Registered Nurse Practitioner Licensure and inclusion on the state Advanced Practice Nurse Registry are required. Board certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the relevant population focus is necessary.
  • A valid RN License is essential.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association may be required based on the practice setting.
  • ACLS certification from the American Heart Association may also be required depending on the practice setting.
  • Possession of Prescriptive Authority (RXN) or Provisional Prescriptive Authority (RXN-P) is necessary if applicable to the role.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves medium work, which may require exerting up to 50 lbs of force occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly.
