Position Overview:
The Practice: A well-established primary care clinic is in search of a full-time Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant to become part of a skilled team of healthcare professionals in Colorado. Our clinic is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to our patients through collaborative healthcare networks.
Role Responsibilities:
- Partner with a supervising physician to oversee primary care patients, emphasizing preventive health measures.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and interpret results, performing advanced medical procedures as necessary.
- Develop comprehensive follow-up care strategies and facilitate referrals when appropriate.
- Educate patients and their families on illness management and preventive health practices.
- Ensure the maintenance of precise and confidential medical documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team, managing a patient load of approximately 16-18 individuals daily.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Certification from PANCE/ANCC or AANP.
- Compliance with employer credentialing requirements.
