Position Overview:

The Practice: A well-established primary care clinic is in search of a full-time Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant to become part of a skilled team of healthcare professionals in Colorado. Our clinic is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to our patients through collaborative healthcare networks.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Partner with a supervising physician to oversee primary care patients, emphasizing preventive health measures.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and interpret results, performing advanced medical procedures as necessary.
  • Develop comprehensive follow-up care strategies and facilitate referrals when appropriate.
  • Educate patients and their families on illness management and preventive health practices.
  • Ensure the maintenance of precise and confidential medical documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team, managing a patient load of approximately 16-18 individuals daily.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Certification from PANCE/ANCC or AANP.
  • Compliance with employer credentialing requirements.
