About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Attorney to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States. As an integral member, you will engage in diverse legal matters, representing clients in various proceedings and providing expert legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to offer strategic counsel to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible advice.
  • Prepare Legal Documents: Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and other necessary instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Advocate for Clients: Advocate for clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and settlement discussions, providing expert representation and guidance.
  • Offer Guidance and Advice: Offer guidance and advice on a broad spectrum of legal issues, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieve client objectives, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain precise and organized case files and documentation, ensuring easy access and reference.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) Degree: Possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • State Bar Admission: Be admitted to the state bar with good standing in relevant bar associations.
  • Legal Practice Experience: Have 1-5 years of legal practice experience in General Liability, Premises Liability, or Professional Liability.
  • Strong Research and Analysis Skills: Possess a strong aptitude in legal research and analysis, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: Possess meticulous attention to detail and adept organizational capabilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a client-centric approach and dedication to exceptional service.
