Senior eDiscovery Project Manager

Epiq is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Incident Response Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Cyber Incident Response group, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the review of data exfiltrated in cyber incidents to identify, extract, and report on the individuals whose personal identifying information (PII) and protected health information (PHI) were compromised.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate new engagements and coordinate data transfer
- Perform data identification and reduction processes
- Lead kick-off calls and provide consultative advice on Cyber Incident Response to customers
- Understand and interpret client requirements within the context of eDiscovery/Cyber Incident Response processes
- Determine and manage client expectations regarding deliverables and timeframes
- Conduct project design meetings and consult with clients on the development and implementation of efficient and effective workflows for data mining and capture related to data exfiltration
- Consult customers on the best data identification and reduction methodologies
- Perform data mining processes and report detailed, accurate results to customers
- Coordinate case closure and data destruction for completed engagements
- Learn and become an expert in constantly evolving advanced eDiscovery/Cyber Incident Response technologies
- At least 3 years of experience in eDiscovery Project Management (or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of experience working with Relativity as a Project Manager
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience leading conference calls and meetings with colleagues and clients
- Knowledge of the eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM)
- Ability to manage an active and fluctuating caseload
- Experience in Canopy or other advanced eDiscovery/Cyber tools, such as Technology Assisted Review
- Previous experience in Cyber Incident Response
- Desire to go above and beyond client expectations
