The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled eDiscovery Senior Analyst to join our New York Digital Legal Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Senior Managers, Managers, Analysts, Legal Review Attorneys, and clients to deliver exceptional results.

The Role

The eDiscovery Senior Analyst will be responsible for executing technical solutions in adherence to best practices, administering our in-house discovery platform, and supporting platforms provided by third-party vendors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing data, including Relativity processing experience
  • Ingesting/uploading data into Relativity and running searches across Relativity workspaces
  • Creating review batches and coding layouts in Relativity
  • Preparing productions and exports from Relativity
  • Administering Relativity and supporting end-users

Maintaining project files, including preparing file notes, memoranda, minutes of meetings, instructions, tracking materials, and communications with the legal teams and clients as appropriate.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Essential:

  • 4+ years eDiscovery data processing, loading, search, and data analytics practice (law firm or service provider)
  • Deep experience with eDiscovery technology, specifically with Relativity (and RelativityOne), with an emphasis on data processing, data ingestion, database setup, searching, and productions
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, including effective collaboration with case teams, eDiscovery team, and service providers
  • Experience working within a similar team at the required level
  • Expertise supporting document reviews and case work

Desirable:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent technical, computer science/information technology-based training
  • Experience related to eDiscovery and other Litigation Support processes
  • Industry knowledge or experience of working in a professional services environment within a technology role would be a distinct advantage
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $100-130k. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
