Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to support our recruitment process for non-exempt and exempt positions, including part-time and per diem positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with all phases of the interview/selection process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
