Job Summary:

The Human Resource Director will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's mission and goals. This role will oversee the HR department, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives
  • Oversee the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and training
  • Provide guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters, including compliance with laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational development initiatives
  • Manage HR budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of human resource experience, with 3-5 years of supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources, or equivalent experience
  • PHR or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SPHR or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
