Pape' Material Handling Inc. is seeking a skilled Parts Counter II to join their team in Redmond, OR. As a key member of the Parts team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive the parts they need for their equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Determine customer parts needs through the use of literature, computer programs, and parts knowledge.
- Recommend parts or services to customers to meet their needs.
- Maintain and build relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service.
- Work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment to meet sales and customer service goals.
- Self-motivation and assertive drive.
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
- 2-5 years of verifiable parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience.
- Extensive knowledge of parts inventory.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person.
- Above-average computer and organizational skills.
