Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Specialist to join our team at Nesco Resource. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of assigned product lines, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and meeting goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and direct implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for assigned product lines.
  • Monitor and direct or perform day-to-day operations to ensure policies and procedures are being followed and goals and objectives are met.
  • Develop and monitor program budgets, overseeing financial well-being of assigned product lines.
  • Monitor customer changes that affect activities and work processes, making recommendations for improvements to improve profitability.
Requirements:
  • Strong project management skills, including prioritization, balancing, and managing multiple efforts.
  • Solid analytical skills and solution-driven thinking.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across mediums, audiences, and situations.
  • Experience projecting, monitoring, and managing financial resources.
  • Knowledge of customer and industry-specific requirements/standards across the product life cycle.
  • Applied experience working with mechanical valves, steam, and other products central to Leslie Controls business.
  • Thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and other applicable tools.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution, with at least five years' relevant experience. Other Bachelor's of Science degrees with appropriate valve, regulator, and fluid mechanics/control related coursework, education, or experience will be considered. MBA preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive product, project, and/or program management experience in Navy/Maritime or related market space.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
