Hourly Rate: $19.55

Position Summary:

The Community Support Services (CSS) Coordinator is responsible for facilitating and delivering essential services and resources to individuals and families, fostering recovery, rehabilitation, and resilience. The CSS Coordinator will focus on achieving specific objectives in areas such as parenting skills, behavior management training, independent living, social engagement, and recreational activities.

  • Familiarity with all personnel and organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field from an accredited institution with at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Associate's degree with a minimum of two years of experience in the target population.
  • High school diploma or GED with at least three years of experience in the target population.
  • Certification as a Peer or Family Specialist.
  • Valid driver's license in New Mexico and current automobile insurance, with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to use personal vehicle for work-related duties.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
  • Completion of T.B. test, physical examination, and drug screening.
  • Compliance with criminal background checks, including fingerprint clearance, for working with children.
