Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Team Member to join our team at Michaels Stores. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-organized store environment, and supporting our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, answering questions and helping them find products.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and recovering sales floor.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers with purchases, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, support events, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail Experience: Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
