Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Application Developer to join our team at Temple Health. As a key member of our Revenue Cycle team, you will be responsible for the implementation, development, and maintenance of our assigned Revenue Cycle applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and work with the department, vendors, and other outside resources to implement, develop, and maintain Revenue Cycle applications.
  • Manage projects from request through design, coding, testing, documentation, training, implementation, and follow-up.
  • Use standard system life cycle methodology to implement projects, coordinate/schedule staff, communicate with users, and interpret their requirements into specifications.
  • Work with other departmental staff, including technical and operations personnel, to ensure the establishment and maintenance of user departmental procedures relating to Computer Systems.
  • Monitor the appropriate/proper use of the system(s) in accordance with documented procedures and ensure user departments have developed effective backup/recovery plans for system downtime.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience with computer system application development and implementation.
  • 4 years of experience working in a hospital environment.
  • 4 years of experience with health system administrative and clinical applications, including SMS Invision, Patient Management, Enterprise Access Directory, Patient Billing and Accounting, and Windows NT.
