Howard University Hospital - New MSP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a certified surgical technologist to work in our operating room. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience and be certified by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA). The position requires working on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with a guaranteed 40-hour workweek.
Responsibilities:- Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures
- Prepare and maintain operating rooms and equipment
- Monitor and maintain patient safety and well-being
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth surgical procedures
- 2+ years of experience as a certified surgical technologist
- National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) certification
- Ability to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Guaranteed 40-hour workweek
