Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts
- Use advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
- Assist in the training of lower-level technicians as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed
- Assist with the pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts
- Travel to customer job sites for repair and maintenance of rental or customer-owned equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school certificate preferred
- Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move, stand, stoop, and bend freely
- Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal and written communication skills
