Fleet Maintenance Manager Job Summary

The Fleet Maintenance Manager is responsible for the management of fleet equipment at one or more locations and managing a team(s) of technicians who are responsible for the preventive maintenance and repair of a fleet of up to 60 vehicles. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of technicians to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure fleet reliability and efficiency
  • Conduct regular inspections of fleet vehicles to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
