Overview:
Imagine Staffing Technology is seeking an Assistant Clinical Specialist to enhance the Education and Professional Services division of a prominent global dental organization. This role involves delivering clinical knowledge and support to dental professionals in both administrative and clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert in managing complaints and troubleshooting, including participation in relevant meetings.
- Document materials, testing procedures, and communications effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all FDA regulations.
- Handle administrative duties such as correspondence, evaluations, and follow-ups related to complaint management.
- Conduct evaluations of materials pertinent to complaint resolution.
- Offer troubleshooting assistance to both internal and external clients regarding clinical techniques and materials.
- Oversee clinical operations by scheduling, communicating, and assisting dental professionals during procedures, along with managing product inventory and necessary documentation.
- Coordinate marketing and educational initiatives within the clinical environment.
- Support educational programs by managing and documenting material supplies.
- Oversee donation inventory and fulfill requests based on material availability.
- Assist with departmental initiatives such as key opinion leader (KOL) events and communications.
- Help manage the KOL platform effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Dental-related degree, certification, or relevant experience in dental assisting is necessary.
- Prior clinical experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with effective presentation abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adhering to specific instructions and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
