About Us: Newport Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 139-bed facility offering seniors long-term care and short-term stay services on a beautifully landscaped campus.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, assisting with daily tasks, providing hygiene care, and documenting observed changes.

Responsibilities:

* Provide hygiene care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, taking and recording vital signs, and assisting with height and weight measurements, if necessary

* Assist with daily tasks, including feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping

* Assist clients with active and passive mobility work defined by the Plan of Care, and document observed changes to the Supervisor

Requirements:

* Must possess CNA certificate in the state of PA

* Excellent communication and observation skills

* English as a first or second language with the ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to perform essential job duties
