Bilingual Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Administrator II to join our team at Hanger, Inc. As a key member of our front office team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to patients, colleagues, and referral sources.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and administer front office activities, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient office operations.
- Provide administrative support to patients, including scheduling appointments, validating insurance, and processing payments.
- Manage incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, including HIPAA and medical insurance protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Less than 1 year of customer service, administration, or related experience.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
- Ability to type 40 correct words per minute.
- Working knowledge of EMR/electronic health/medical record systems (preferably NextGen and/or OnBase).
- At least 1-2 years of experience with EMR/electronic health/medical record systems.
- Associate's degree.
- Ability to work with physically challenged individuals.
