Position Summary

FPA is actively seeking a full-time Construction Project Coordinator. This role will involve engagement with a wide range of Civil Engineering and Construction initiatives, both in the field and office settings. Projects will encompass infrastructure elements such as bridges, roadways, geotechnical work, and more, with exposure to various Civil Engineering disciplines expected. The position will be based in our office, which provides secure parking for all staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all project-related Pay Estimates, Submittals, Shop Drawings, Requests for Information (RFIs), and Change Orders.
  • Oversee multiple transportation-related construction projects simultaneously.
  • Review, monitor, and annotate Construction Schedules.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Lead project meetings.
  • Engage with clients and contractors effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) License is preferred.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in construction, with at least two (2) years in Project Management.
  • Experience in conducting construction inspections on Civil Engineering projects.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • The ideal candidate should be organized, motivated, and willing to work both in the office and on-site.
