Project Scheduler Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our PMO organization at Insight Global. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and owning the schedules for all projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting projected deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and mitigate risks to project schedules
  • Build and maintain task-level schedules using PPM or MS Project
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and team members
  • Develop and manage release schedules

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Scheduler
  • Recent experience supporting schedules focused on Application Development projects
  • Highly skilled in PPM or MS Project
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
