The Senior Project Manager will oversee customer-centric projects, monitor and track project advancement concerning deadlines and client requirements, assist in scheduling and logistical arrangements, and maintain regular communication with team members, clients, and management. This newly established position will report to the Director of Upgrade Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects concurrently, adhering to established processes and protocols to ensure each project is delivered within defined quality standards and timelines.
  • Develop and manage project plans and schedules; facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams of engineers and stakeholders.
  • Work with business teams to integrate customer upgrade service requests into the Upgrade department consistently.
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding tasks, action items, and deliverables required from each party, including detailed timelines.
  • Provide management with status updates, including the identification and escalation of project obstacles, risks, and issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and document processes and procedures.
  • Supervise 2 direct reports within the Upgrade Services team.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience managing projects from inception to completion with various cross-functional stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in customer engagement.
  • Proficient in managing customer-facing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Able to prioritize and organize tasks from multiple sources in a dynamic environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; capable of engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Expert-level proficiency in written English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the software industry.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software.
  • Proficiency in additional languages (German, Russian, Japanese) is preferred.
