Job Overview

The Compact Equipment Sales Representative is a key role within the Bramco Group, responsible for driving business growth and maintaining customer relationships within the compact equipment sales territory. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a strong customer base for compact equipment sales
Promote compact equipment lines and customer support programs
Maintain targeted company profit levels on sales
Ensure customers are informed about manufacturer's information
Maintain high levels of product and service knowledge
Take action to improve quality and customer satisfaction
Report competitive market data
Regularly visit customer facilities and job sites to assess current and future equipment needs
Continuously develop the assigned sales territory and expand the customer base
Attend sales training to stay informed about compact equipment products and services
Show compact equipment to multiple customers per week

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field highly desired
2+ years of successful sales experience in compact equipment or related equipment required
Valid driver's license and ability to load, secure, and haul compact equipment
High proficiency in customer relationship skills
Knowledge of compact equipment applications
Discretion in handling confidential company information
Positive personality, team player, problem solver, self-starter, outstanding integrity, superior communicator
Ability to travel overnight for product training or company-related business (
