Soccer Shots is a vibrant children's soccer initiative dedicated to promoting character growth. Our committed team makes a positive difference in children's lives both on and off the field through exceptional coaching, curriculum, and communication. We specialize in delivering high-quality soccer training for children aged 2 to 12, igniting a lifelong enthusiasm for the sport.
We are in search of enthusiastic and compassionate coaches to commit to at least one session per week for a minimum of 8 weeks on a consistent schedule. Our programs are conducted on weekends and weekday evenings at various locations throughout the area. Employment with Soccer Shots is seasonal, as programs are offered during specific times of the year, with all employment being at-will.
As we continue to grow, we maintain our foundation as a family-oriented business. We are dedicated to supporting our coaches in areas such as leadership, early childhood education, and sports management.

Qualifications:
- Genuine passion for working with children and soccer.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Experience in engaging with young children.
- Minimum age requirement of 18.
- Background in playing or coaching soccer is preferred.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Coaches are responsible for managing all aspects related to conducting a Soccer Shots session, including:
Preparation:
- Participate in coaches' meetings at the start of each season.
- Review the provided online curriculum aligned with educational standards.
- Maintain equipment and ensure timely setup of the field.
Coaching:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of each child.
- Organize children at childcare sites and adhere to on-site protocols.
- Deliver engaging 30 to 45-minute sessions following the established curriculum.
Communication and Administration:
- Maintain timely communication with the supervisor regarding any updates or challenges.
- Keep attendance records and comply with payroll procedures.
- Return equipment and supplies at the end of each season.
