Job Overview

The Flag Football Official is a vital role in ensuring a fun, learning, and safe environment for all players. As a representative of i9 Sports, you will be responsible for enforcing rules, cultivating a positive culture, and acting as an on-field coach. This position has a direct impact on players, coaches, and spectators each game day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce i9 Sports rules to maintain a fun and safe environment for all players.
  • Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values.
  • Manage game time and scorekeeping, providing age-appropriate instruction and competition.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with problem-solving abilities.
  • Awareness and ability to take charge in any situation to ensure player safety.
  • Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings, for the full duration of the season (approximately 7 weeks).
