Key Responsibilities
As a Culinary Specialist, your duties will include:
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and snacks daily, adhering to established cycle menus for both standard and therapeutic diets.
- Ordering raw ingredients and supplies from approved vendors to align with menu specifications and budgetary constraints.
- Ensuring compliance with food storage, preparation, and handling policies to meet industry and regulatory standards.
- Maintaining personal hygiene practices to prevent foodborne illnesses.
- Delivering services in accordance with each resident's personalized service plan, considering their individual goals, preferences, and abilities to enhance their overall experience.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum age of 18 years.
- Experience in preparing a variety of dishes in large quantities.
- Preferred experience of at least one year in an institutional cooking environment.
- Proof of immunization or immunity to MMR, Varicella, and Influenza.
- Strong proficiency in English, with the ability to follow both oral and written instructions accurately.
Compensation
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $20 to $27.
