Job Title: Fitness TrainerJob Summary:

The Fitness Trainer is a key member of the Planet Fitness team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating personalized exercise programs for members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement individualized exercise programs for members based on their fitness goals, medical history, and exercise experience.
  • Lead small group training sessions and provide guidance on proper exercise form and technique.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe workout environment, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Club Manager and Assistant Club Manager to achieve club goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • NCCA-accredited trainer certification (e.g., AEC or NCSF)
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Passion for health and fitness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergency situations
