About the Role

Keller North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our Ground Improvement Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects from initial planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize potential threats to the project.
  • Initial Planning: Oversee the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.
  • Project Execution: Lead project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.
  • Change Management: Identify, track, and address changes to project scope, schedule, or budget, ensuring they are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality regulations, conducting regular site visits and audits to verify safe and efficient field operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in geotechnical construction, construction management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $157,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
