Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing MEP projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage MEP projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and construction teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance and quality control.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that projects meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation, including reports, records, and other relevant documents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP project management, including experience in planning, execution, and completion of large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including mechanical, piping, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, including the ability to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
