This team is committed to delivering groundbreaking solutions and insights that assist healthcare entities in navigating the intricacies of the real-world healthcare landscape.

As the Operations Supervisor, you will be instrumental in overseeing the daily operations of RWE initiatives, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including data scientists, analysts, and project leaders, to achieve project objectives and provide exceptional results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the comprehensive operations of Real World Evidence (RWE) initiatives, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate project strategies, delegate responsibilities, and set project milestones and deliverables.
  • Track project advancement and pinpoint potential risks or challenges, applying suitable mitigation strategies to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Supervise data management processes, including data collection, cleansing, and integration, to maintain data integrity and precision.
  • Establish and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance measures to ensure uniformity and adherence to industry best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Engage with clients to comprehend their project needs and ensure alignment with project scope and objectives.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and assess vendor performance to ensure quality outputs and cost efficiency.
  • Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders, including clients, executive leadership, and internal teams.
  • Continuously enhance operational workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and quality advancements.
  • Guide and develop the operations team, offering mentorship, support, and training as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Business Administration; advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations supervision, ideally within the Life Sciences or Healthcare sector.
  • Previous experience in managing Real World Evidence (RWE) or Real World Data (RWD) initiatives is highly advantageous.
  • Proven understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with the capability to effectively oversee multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a focus on nurturing and motivating team members.
