As the Operations Supervisor, you will take charge of all facets of in-store management, including recruitment, staffing, optimizing schedules, employee development and training, facility oversight, and inventory management, all aimed at achieving operational excellence and financial success. RECRUITMENT + TRAINING + TEAM DEVELOPMENT + CULTURE
Create an inspiring atmosphere of engagement and learning that empowers team members to reach their full potential.
Schedule new hires once their onboarding and training are completed.
Lead the growth of team members to deliver an exceptional client experience while enhancing their understanding of our systems, processes, and best practices.
Address all client concerns. Empower and train the front-of-house (FOH) team on effective issue resolution. Collaborate with the education team to provide ongoing technical training and coaching based on client feedback.
MEMBER + CLIENT GROWTH & EXPERIENCE
Oversee the client experience to ensure all members and clients receive a consistent and elevated service, embodying The Glosslab Way.
Drive new membership and retention by ensuring the consistent execution of service protocols by nail technicians; guarantee all members receive thorough onboarding by FOH and that every non-member is informed about the benefits of membership during their visit.
Foster an engaging customer experience that emphasizes building relationships through the connection of our brand and its values.
SCHEDULING + BOOK MANAGEMENT + INVENTORY
Enhance daily productivity by managing the flow of operations and ensuring the FOH teams maintain timely appointments.
Oversee and refine labor management, including adjusting staff schedules, accurate timekeeping, schedule approvals, and shift coverage.
Manage staff scheduling to optimize utilization, control labor costs, and drive sales growth.
Anticipate staffing needs and boost revenue by maximizing appointment availability.
Monitor weekly inventory consumption to ensure all necessary supplies are available.
Collaborate with the General Manager to complete the monthly inventory process, ensuring your location is adequately stocked.
P&L MANAGEMENT + REPORTING
Own and achieve Store P&L budgets by surpassing revenue targets while remaining under budget for labor, supply costs, and other controllable operating expenses.
Develop the FOH team's ability to analyze metrics/data and report on in-store activities that contributed to the outcomes.
Review business-driving strategies and quarterly plans with your General Manager, including identifying marketing opportunities, new sales strategies, event calendars, sales targets, and regular business reviews.
