Job Summary:

The Commercial Sales Consultant will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships within the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement integrated security solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Promote and sell ADT's comprehensive portfolio of security products and services, including intrusion detection, fire protection, access control, and video surveillance.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the security or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of customer relationships, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to executives and customers.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other business applications.
