Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow your territory and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions, including hardware, software, and professional services
  • Conduct on-site surveys and demos to understand client needs and preferences
  • Work closely with manufacturers, strategic partners, and internal teams to stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and solutions
  • Drive standards-based solutions and recommend maintenance and managed services to ensure optimal performance and ROI
  • Represent client interests and needs, ensuring alignment with their budget, timelines, and functionality requirements
  • Promote sales training and education to enhance product, technology, and solution knowledge
  • Attend industry events and trade exhibitions to stay informed about cutting-edge products and sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a commercial technology sales environment
  • Strong understanding of workspace technology, including Audio Visual, Unified Communication, Network, Structured Cabling, and more
  • Ambition to continuously learn about new technology products and implementation strategies
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, including mentoring and human resource development
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
