Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Editorial Manager to lead the development of best-in-class inspirational editorial content for our customers' online shopping journey. As a critical team player, you will help shape the creative vision and editorial strategy for our eCommerce site operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that drives customer engagement, trust, and purchases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated messaging and visual storytelling across multiple digital touchpoints.
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize content mix and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practices and governance.
  • Operate with excellence, landing fundamentals and creating efficiency and best-in-class workflows, processes, and timelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years related experience in Creative, Editorial, or Content Marketing or related field.
  • Experience in consumer-focused eCommerce environment.
  • Strong customer obsession focused on building the right site experience for our customer.
  • Creative and analytical, able to leverage data to inform creative strategy.
  • Ability to set clear objectives and performance measures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary.
Benefits

Walmart offers a competitive salary range of $70,000.00-$130,000.00, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation includes stock and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) match, paid maternity and parental leave, PTO, multiple health plans, and more.
