Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Editorial Manager to lead the development of best-in-class inspirational editorial content for our eCommerce site. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive the creative vision and editorial strategy for our customers' online shopping journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that drives customer engagement, trust, and purchases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practices and governance.
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize content mix and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead the content calendar, trend forecasting, photography curation, and creative planning for specific departments.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to advise on and drive integrated messaging and visual storytelling across multiple digital touchpoints.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, visual design, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area.
  • Strong customer obsession, creative and analytical skills, and ability to leverage data to inform creative strategy.
  • Experience in consumer-focused eCommerce environment and ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
What We Offer

Walmart offers a competitive salary range of $70,000.00-$130,000.00, annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and additional compensation for certain positions, including stock. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. Paid time off benefits include PTO, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting.
