We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Lead to join our team at Solvenow Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned electrical engineer to lead and direct the work of others, while contributing to the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement electrical engineering plans and specifications for new facilities and the operation and maintenance of existing facilities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
  • Lead and manage small to medium-sized projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct site investigations and inspections to identify and resolve equipment and operational problems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of related experience, including 4 years as an electrical engineer and 2 years of related experience (e.g., engineering internship, design, drafting, and engineering tech experience).
  • Valid state driver's license.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Working Conditions

This role may require travel, working non-standard schedules, and exposure to extreme conditions and inclement weather.
