About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team at KWSM. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies and driving the performance of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the account team in executing client strategies with the support of a team of copywriters, designers, and content creators.
  • Proactively manage client relationships, educating them on our strategic approach and advocating for their success.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans that drive results and meet client objectives.
  • Manage multiple client accounts in various industries, working to understand their business objectives and set meaningful KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
Requirements
  • At least two years of agency experience in a client-facing role.
  • Marketing degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven performance managing lead generation funnels and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including landing page optimization, email marketing, social media, and digital ads.
  • Advanced understanding of performance metrics, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, email marketing KPIs, and social media analytics.
  • Strong relationship building and customer service skills, with the ability to set boundaries.
  • Demonstrated history of excellent written and verbal executive communication.
  • Highly dependable and uncommonly organized individual with a passion for digital marketing and team collaboration.
