Main Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound contacts with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Research systems to find missing information as necessary to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues that require coordination.
• Accurately document and process customer claims in our systems.
What You Will Need:
• A strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications used by Mass Markets.
Compensation Package:
The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
