Job Description

Innvite Hospitality is seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring seamless service and efficient room allocation.
  • Operate the property management system (PMS) to maintain accurate records and update guest information.
  • Handle cash transactions, credit card payments, and other financial duties with precision and integrity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to Innvite Hospitality's high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with PMS systems and basic accounting principles.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, perform tasks requiring manual dexterity, and lift light objects.
  • Good eyesight, hearing, and balance are essential for this role.
