Job Title: Digital Operations Account Management Coordinator NYC

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Digital Operations Account Management Coordinator to join our US Digital Operations team in New York City. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our clients and driving business growth.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and have experience working with general index databases. Additionally, knowledge of internal systems such as GRAS, RPS, GLORES, AOMA, DRA, EOM, MMDS, and JIRA is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with reviewing and clearing ownership conflicts and reference overlap queues.
  • Respond to daily time-sensitive allowlisting, manual claiming, claim releasing, and conflict requests.
  • Address inquiries from company Labels and Digital Partners, including troubleshooting issues and monitoring product deliveries.
  • Monitor partner request forms and partner support inboxes.
  • Manage inbound emails for rights management concerns.
  • Complete time-sensitive data entry internally and in partner content management systems.
  • Track catalog backfills/updates and complete partner monitoring.
  • Run and analyze reports.
  • Provide general support of US and Account Management teams.

Requirements:
  • Ability to handle many complex and time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
  • Must work well under deadline pressure; detailed-oriented, adaptable, and accepting of abrupt change and unforeseen challenges.
  • Ability to drive projects from initiation to completion independently.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Experience working with general index databases and advanced skills in Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of internal systems a plus.
  • Ideal candidate must have at least 2-4 years' experience in the digital supply chain area.
  • College degree required.
