About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager – Transfer Pricing to join our team at Trellix. As a key member of our Global Tax team, you will play a critical role in shaping our transfer pricing strategies and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead global transfer pricing strategic projects, including business supply chain planning, business restructurings, and acquisition integration.
  • Review and ensure compliance with all transfer pricing requirements, including preparation of transfer pricing documentation reports and assistance with disclosure forms.
  • Prepare and review valuations required for internal operations, planning, and compliance or statutory purposes.
  • Collaborate with other Tax team members to analyze and resolve international transfer pricing issues.
  • Drive tax audit defense for both domestic and foreign entities and provide management with strategic defense options.
  • Proactively identify and manage transfer pricing risks by ensuring consistent application of transfer pricing practices and documentation for global intercompany transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in US and OECD tax/transfer pricing regulations and identify issues or opportunities related to those developments.
  • Identify opportunities to strategically implement transfer pricing structures to deliver effective tax rate and cash tax benefits.
  • Collaborate effectively across the tax, finance, legal, and operating organizations.

  • Base Pay Range: $110,050 – 140,000. Actual base pay within this range will depend on varying circumstances, including the work location, individual qualifications, company budget, and other operational business needs.
