Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Leidos. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of records from creation to disposition, ensuring compliance with government regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement records management policies, procedures, and guidelines to meet government requirements.
  • Manage the identification, control, production, distribution, archiving, scanning, storage, retrieval, and destruction of records.
  • Provide training and support to staff on records management best practices and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with records management regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain an accurate inventory of records and ensure their proper classification and storage.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of records, including the implementation of safeguards against unauthorized access or loss.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in records management regulations and standards, and implement necessary changes to our processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in records management, with a focus on Federal Records Management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain program SCI and Polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with U.S. Government Records Management practices, including in-depth knowledge of key DoD and Interagency policies.
  • Technical-related degree or certification, such as PMP.
  • Program/Project Management experience within the Federal Records Management domain.
  • Experience handling Communications Security (COMSEC) electronic material.
  • Familiarity with NARA, CFR, and GSA regulations.
  • Familiarity with Information security (INFOSEC) and Security Information Management (SIM) processes, tools, materials, and documentation.
  • Experience with the Federal Records Modernization Initiative (FERMI).
  • Experience developing new technical solutions and systems for record management.
