Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Keen Transport, a Wallenius Wilhelmsen company. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of heavy equipment stored at our facility, including pre-delivery inspections and shipping/receiving functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections on heavy equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Maintain the quality of equipment during receiving, storage, exercise, pre-delivery/QA, final inspections, and shipping
  • Confirm that quality standards meet or exceed customer requirements
  • Maintain regular and frequent communication with internal and external customers, including during audits and visits
Requirements
  • Experience operating construction and agricultural equipment, as well as lift trucks and cranes
  • Ability to use smartphone technology to complete inspections and other electronic forms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of employees and management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must pass post-offer drug screen and background check as a condition of hire
Work Environment

This job operates in a professional shop/yard environment with frequent exposure to the elements and chemicals. The position will utilize standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printer/copiers.
