Insurance Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fun and interactive environment while making a positive impact on our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
  • Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Implement strategies to win back lapsed or inactive clients.

Requirements:

  • Licensing Requirements:
  • You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
  • Licensing assistance is available after the start date.
  • Driven by achieving personal and professional goals.
  • Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
  • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
  • Familiarity with fundamental computer software and applications.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
