The Mobile Technician will be responsible for addressing emergency roadside repairs and performing maintenance on fleet trailers at customer locations. Each technician will be provided with a service vehicle that is fully equipped with essential tools, safety gear, and parts necessary for conducting on-site repairs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on service vehicles and equipment, including pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
  • Engage with customers and fleet managers to understand their needs and provide timely repair updates.
  • Utilize personal hand and power tools for truck and trailer repairs.
  • Execute repairs within the agreed-upon timeframes and to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Document repair details professionally and finalize service orders after each job.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Demonstrated mechanical and troubleshooting skills on class 6, 7, and 8 trucks and semi-trailers.
  • Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new software applications.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently.
