We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Acute Care Resident RN to join our team at Covenant Medical Center. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the acute care setting, utilizing your skills and knowledge to deliver evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
