Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to acutely ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines in acute care nursing.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS.
- 1 year RN experience.
