Covenant Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Acute Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Covenant Medical Center. Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Acute Care Unit.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Texas Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least 1 year of RN experience in an Acute Care setting.
