Acute Care Nurse

Covenant Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Acute Care RN to join our team at Covenant Medical Center. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, identifying and responding to changes in a timely manner
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Texas Registered Nurse License
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- 1 year RN experience in an acute care setting
