- Record Keeping: Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and record keeping.
- Safety Protocols: Prepare treatment rooms with strict adherence to safety protocols and follow OSHA & CDC recommendations.
- Office Systems: Partner with providers and team members to follow office systems and maximize office workflow.
- Education: High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Training: On-the-job training and additional certification may be required based on state requirements.
- Team Player: Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
